Effective 8 October 2026
Privacy policy
This policy covers vmoukweb.com, the website of VMouk Web Service, a web design studio based in Fresno, California. It is written in plain language because that is how I would want to read it.
What this site collects on its own
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It records the page visited, the referring site, and general information such as country, browser, and device type. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device, and does not identify you personally. The web host also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
When you book a call
Bookings are handled by Cal.com, which asks for your name, email address, and anything you choose to add. Cal.com processes that information under its own privacy policy and sends it to me so I can hold the appointment and prepare for it.
When you email me
If you write to vmoukwebservice@proton.me, I keep what you send (your name, business, contact details, and the content of our conversation) so I can reply and do the work you ask for. I do not sell it or share it with anyone else, except the tools I use to run the business, such as email and scheduling, which process it on my behalf.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to show you what I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents have these rights under state law, and I extend them to everyone. Email vmoukwebservice@proton.me.
Changes
If the site starts collecting anything new, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
