VMouk Web Service

Websites that bring local businesses more customers.

I design, build, and look after websites for restaurants and local businesses in Fresno and the Central Valley. Built to turn a Google search into a call, a booking, or a visit.

Built by Vicken in Fresno, CA. Working with restaurants and local services across Fresno and the Central Valley.

Featured work

A family restaurant open since 2007 with a loyal following and no website. I built one from scratch so that people searching for Armenian food in Fresno find the menu, the hours, and a way to book.

  1. Before

    • No website at all. Customers relied on third-party listings and word of mouth.
    • The delivery apps that did list the restaurant were out of date: one showed it as inactive, the other had closed the store.
    • Takeout and reservations only by phone, with nowhere to check the menu or hours first.
  2. What I did

    • Designed and built a new site around the printed menus, the real hours, and the phone number.
    • Five full menus (lunch, dinner, desserts, drinks, wine) typed up and tabbed, usable by keyboard and without JavaScript.
    • Reservation requests that reach the restaurant by email, with a private page to review them.
    • Mobile-first layout, photos compressed and sized for phones, assets cached for a year.
    • Search setup: page titles, descriptions, and structured data so Google can show hours, address, and menu.
    • Accessibility pass: readable contrast, skip link, keyboard navigation, reduced-motion support.
  3. The result

    • A site that answers the three questions every customer has: what is on the menu, when are you open, how do I book.
    • Menus, hours, and the phone number are a tap away on any phone.
    • Google can read the hours, address, and menu directly from the site.

I’m Vicken. I design and build every site myself, work directly with the owner, and stay on after launch to keep it fast and up to date. The person you talk to on the first call is the person who builds your site.

Services

Priced around the customers you gain, not the hours I work. Two ways to work together, and one checklist that comes with both.

Custom website

$1,000

one-time build, then $100/month care plan

A site built around the one thing you want more of: calls, bookings, or people through the door.

  • Found on Google for what you sell, where you sell it
  • Loads fast on a phone in a parking lot
  • Your hours, menu, and phone number one tap away
  • Hosting, updates, backups, and small changes handled for you every month

Leads & CRM system

$2,500

per month

Every enquiry captured, answered, and followed up, so paying customers stop slipping through.

  • Calls, forms, and messages land in one place
  • Fast replies and reminders so no lead goes cold
  • You see where each customer came from and what they are worth
  • Monthly report in plain language

Included with every site: the 20-point launch checklist

Before a site goes live I go through the same twenty checks. It is how a one-person studio keeps the quality the same for every client.

Clear calls to action

  2. 20Phone number is tap-to-call everywhere

How it works

Four steps from a first conversation to a live site. No jargon, no surprises on the invoice.

  1. Step 1: Call

A free 20-minute call. You tell me what you want more of: calls, bookings, or walk-ins. I tell you honestly whether a website will get you there.

  2. Step 2: Plan

One page that says what the site has to do, which pages it needs, and what I need from you: photos, menu, hours. You approve it before anything is built.

  3. Step 3: Build

I design and build the site. You see it on your own phone at every step, and nothing goes live until you are happy with it.

  4. Step 4: Launch

The 20-point checklist is run, Google is set up, and the care plan starts. Small changes from then on are a message away.
